I love to refer to myself as urban and educated, but I'm black so until I can completely change the narrative, I'm considered "a medium ghetto" black woman. At this time, I've tolerated that title (with a side-eye of course).

Why? Well, the medium gives some leverage, hints I know I can carry myself in any situation life pushes me into and despite my new found courage to push forward, I've been "red lined" just about... my entire life, so i guess it fits.
